Pricing and Plans
All Vilulia products — Mediate, Arbitrate, and Complete — use the same three-tier structure: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Annual billing carries a 10% discount across all products and tiers. Each tier unlocks progressively more cases, users, AI tools, storage, and compliance features.

Feature limits per tier mirror Vilulia Mediate — the same case, user, storage, and AI limits apply at each tier level. Arbitrate Starter provides static award templates, not AI tools; the AI Arbitrator Assistant requires Professional or above. CRM integrations (Salesforce) are included at the Professional and Enterprise tiers. Video Conferencing is available as an add-on on Professional ($50/month) and is included at Enterprise.

Key add-ons and their pricing
Some features are available as paid add-ons. Notable examples: HIPAA Basic ($200/month), HIPAA Enhanced ($350/month), Video Conferencing ($50/month for Professional; included in Enterprise — not available on Starter), Calendar Sync ($15/month for Starter; included in Professional/Enterprise), Advanced Analytics ($150/month), SMS Notifications ($0.04 per message), and Conflict Navigator ($79/month on Starter with 50 sessions included; $199/month on Professional with 200 sessions included). A full add-on list is available in the platform under Settings → Billing.
Storage limits by plan
Mediate Starter and Arbitrate Starter: 5 GB. Mediate Professional: 100 GB; Arbitrate Professional: 100 GB. Enterprise: unlimited (both products). Additional storage is available at $0.10/GB/month on all tiers.
AI usage limits by plan
AI tool access varies by product and tier. Mediate Starter and Complete (bundle) Starter plans do not include AI tools. Arbitrate Starter does not include AI tools either; it provides static award templates, and the AI Arbitrator Assistant requires Professional or above. Mediate and Arbitrate Professional include AI generation under contractual fair use, with no fixed monthly count; Enterprise is unlimited.
