This Enterprise Order Form (“Order Form”) is entered into between Vilulia LLC (“Vilulia”) and the customer identified below (“Customer”). This Order Form incorporates by reference: (1) the Vilulia Terms of Service, (2) the Vilulia Privacy Policy, and (3) the Vilulia Data Processing Addendum (DPA). If Customer requires HIPAA processing of PHI, the parties must also execute Vilulia’s Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the HIPAA Services Addendum. If there is a conflict between this Order Form and the Terms of Service, this Order Form controls for Customer’s enterprise subscription.

5. Enterprise Usage and Fair Use

Enterprise usage is subject to reasonable and documented usage limits and fair use policies designed to protect platform stability and service quality. Vilulia may rate-limit or throttle abusive or anomalous usage and may require an amended Order Form for materially increased usage.
