Advanced Analytics
The Advanced Analytics add-on ($150/month) adds machine learning-powered predictions and real-time dashboards to your Vilulia account. It provides predictions for settlement amounts, case durations, and resolution probability, along with mediator performance metrics and industry benchmarks. Advanced Analytics is available as an add-on on all plan tiers.

ML predictions
Advanced Analytics uses machine learning models trained on case data to produce three types of predictions:
- Settlement amount predictions — an estimated settlement range for a case based on case type, claim amount, party positions, and historical outcomes.
- Case duration forecasts — an estimated time to resolution based on the case type, complexity indicators, and mediator assignment.
- Success probability — a likelihood score for successful resolution, updated as case activity progresses.
Dashboards and performance metrics
Advanced Analytics includes real-time dashboards covering:
- Case pipeline overview — cases by status, type, and assigned mediator or arbitrator.
- Mediator performance metrics — resolution rates, average session duration, and case throughput per mediator.
- Industry benchmarks — how your organization's resolution rates and case durations compare to aggregated platform benchmarks.
Enabling Advanced Analytics
Advanced Analytics is available as an add-on on all plan tiers (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise). To enable it, go to Settings → Features & Add-Ons and add Advanced Analytics to your subscription. The Analytics section is already visible in the top navigation for all admins; enabling the add-on unlocks the premium ML predictions and custom dashboards described above within that section.
