Mediation

Mediation AI Tools (14 Tools)

Vilulia Mediate Professional includes 14 dedicated AI tools plus an embedded AI Chat Assistant. The tools cover the full range of mediation work: drafting complete agreements and individual clauses, analyzing party priorities and interests, assessing settlement adequacy, evaluating litigation risks, generating creative settlement options, and rewriting adversarial communication. All AI results are cached on the case record and can be regenerated at any time. Every prompt is admin-customizable per tenant.

What you'll learn

  • Which 14 AI tools are available and what each produces
  • What inputs each tool requires
  • How to regenerate a result or clear a cached output
  • Which roles and plans can access these tools

Access requirements

All mediation AI tools require the Professional plan or above. Within a case, access varies by tool:

  • Mediator and tenant admin only: Settlement Adequacy and Mediator Summary.
  • Mediator, case manager, and tenant admin: Priority Analysis and all remaining drafting, negotiation, and communication tools.
  • Clients and viewers cannot access any AI tools.

Priority Analysis is rate-limited to 5 generations per case per hour. Priority Analysis also requires at least one document or chat message to exist on the case before it can run.

Embedded: AI Chat Assistant

The AI Chat Assistant is embedded within the mediation chat and activates automatically when messages are posted in the main channel. It provides neutral facilitation guidance, analyzes sentiment, suggests next steps, and detects when parties reach agreement. The assistant never sees caucus or private channels. Response delay is configurable by tenant admins (default 5 minutes, minimum 30 seconds, maximum 1 day).

Regenerating and clearing results

Generated results are stored on the case record. Priority Analysis and Full Agreement Draft accept force_refresh: true to regenerate against the latest case data; the other tools regenerate on each run. Priority Analysis, Full Agreement Draft, Settlement Adequacy, and Mediator Summary also expose a Delete action that removes the stored output without affecting the case itself.

Language support

The drafting and summary tools (Full Agreement Draft, Preamble, Payment Terms, Confidentiality Clause, Release of Claims, Employment Terms, Settlement Adequacy, and Mediator Summary) accept a language parameter and default to en-US. Spanish output is supported through dedicated prompts; non-English output requires the AI translation add-on.
