The Vilulia Training Academy is an integrated learning platform for ADR professionals. It provides structured courses, AI coaching feedback, and verifiable credentials, all accessible from within the Vilulia platform. Whether you are new to mediation or looking to sharpen advanced skills, the Academy offers learning paths at every level.

Free introductory courses
Two courses are available at no cost to all Vilulia users:
- AI Readiness Check: a 15-minute self-assessment that helps you evaluate your practice's readiness for AI-assisted dispute resolution.
- AI & ADR Fundamentals: a four-part series covering AI tools in mediation, arbitration, and the ethical considerations around their use (approximately 2 hours).
Free courses include video lessons, quizzes, and downloadable reference materials. No payment information is required to enroll.
Premium single classes
Individual premium classes cover focused topics such as advanced negotiation techniques, cross-cultural mediation, and working with high-conflict parties. Each class can be purchased independently without committing to a full learning path.
Learning paths
For a structured curriculum, the Academy offers three learning paths:
- Self-Paced Essentials ($295 founding / $495 list): six modules following the full case lifecycle with worksheets, checklists, templates, the AI Prompt Pack, and 6-month access.
- Cohort Pro ($595 founding / $695 list): a guided six-week live cohort with the AI Mediator Lab (breakout pods, timed drills), discussion channels, and instructor-led sessions. Capped at 24 participants.
- Mentored Practitioner ($995 founding / $1,495 list): everything in Cohort Pro plus 1:1 coaching sessions (ACE framework), document review with instructor memo, and personal workflow review. Capped at 8 participants.
Founding Member offer
Early enrollees receive Founding Member pricing, which locks in a discounted rate for the lifetime of their subscription. Founding Member status also includes priority access to new courses and features as they are released.
Blockchain-verified certificates
When you complete a course or learning path, Vilulia issues a certificate that is anchored to the blockchain. This creates a tamper-proof record of your credential that anyone can verify using a public link or QR code. Certificates include your name, completion date, course title, and issuing institution.
Training dashboard
The Training tab in the Vilulia app provides a dashboard showing your enrolled courses, completion progress, quiz scores, and earned certificates. From the dashboard you can resume any course, browse the catalog, or manage your subscription.
