AI Coaching Feedback
The Vilulia Training Academy includes an AI coaching feature that provides personalized, rubric-based feedback after you complete practice scenarios. The coach evaluates your mediation technique across multiple dimensions and provides actionable guidance for improvement.
How it works
When you finish a practice scenario in a training course, the AI coach reviews your conversation transcript and scores your performance on five dimensions:
- Rapport building: establishing trust and creating psychological safety.
- Active listening: demonstrating understanding and reflecting back key points.
- Neutrality: maintaining impartiality and avoiding bias toward either party.
- Reframing: restating positions as interests to open negotiation space.
- Option generation: helping parties explore creative solutions.
Scoring and feedback
Each dimension is scored on a 1 to 5 scale with specific evidence quoted from your transcript. After scoring, the coach produces a narrative summary highlighting what you did well and where to focus next. Feedback is written in a supportive, instructional tone.
Practice scenarios
Practice scenarios use synthetic, fictional cases designed to test specific mediation skills. The coach evaluates your technique, not legal strategy. All training data stays within the platform and is not used outside of your training context.
1:1 coaching sessions (Mentored Practitioner)
Mentored Practitioner learners can book 1:1 coaching sessions with the instructor directly through the cohort hub. The instructor creates available time slots, and learners claim them on a first-come basis. Each session includes a personal workflow review and written memo. Meeting credentials are visible only to the booked learner and the instructor.
Enabling the coach
AI coaching feedback is available when the Training Academy is enabled for your organization. A tenant admin can toggle it on from Settings > Features. Once active, feedback appears automatically after completing practice scenarios.
