Platform Overview

Vilulia is a dispute resolution platform built for mediators, arbitrators, and legal professionals. It offers three products: Vilulia Mediate for mediation case management, Vilulia Arbitrate for formal arbitration proceedings, and Vilulia Complete — a bundled package that provides full access to both. Each product is available on Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers, so you can start small and scale as your practice grows.

Vilulia Mediate

Vilulia Mediate is designed for solo mediators, mediation firms, and dispute resolution centers. It covers the full mediation workflow: creating cases, managing parties and documents, conducting real-time chat and video sessions, and finalizing settlements with legally binding e-signatures via DocuSign. On the Professional plan and above, mediators also have access to 17 AI tools — including priority analysis, settlement drafting, adequacy review, agreement section generation, and an embedded AI Chat Assistant — plus 2 platform-wide tools (Resolution Optimizer and Dispute Intelligence Engine) that help move cases toward resolution faster.

Vilulia Arbitrate

Vilulia Arbitrate is designed for arbitrators, arbitration institutions, and legal professionals managing formal arbitration proceedings. It supports the complete arbitration lifecycle from demand filing through award issuance: discovery management, hearing scheduling, evidence and exhibit tracking, and AI-assisted award drafting. Professional plan subscribers have access to 26 AI tools covering demand analysis, discovery suggestions, witness questions, damages calculation, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and award quality review.

Vilulia Complete

Vilulia Complete bundles Mediate and Arbitrate into a single subscription at a discount. It is designed for neutrals who handle both mediation and arbitration cases. At the Starter tier, Complete saves $38/month compared to purchasing both separately; at Enterprise, the savings reach $818/month. The feature set is the union of both products at the equivalent tier level.

Choosing a product

If you handle mediation only, start with Vilulia Mediate. If you handle arbitration only, start with Vilulia Arbitrate. If you handle both, Vilulia Complete gives you full access to both products at a lower combined price. All products start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, your account is limited to 3 users, 5 cases per month, and 1 GB of storage. AI tools, video conferencing, calendar sync, and in-app chat are not available during the trial.
