Advanced Analytics
The Advanced Analytics add-on ($150/month) adds predictive analytics, anomaly detection, revenue forecasting, and custom dashboards to your Vilulia account. It provides predictions for settlement amounts, case durations, and resolution probability, along with mediator performance metrics and industry benchmarks. Available on all plan tiers.

Base analytics (all plans)
All plan tiers include a dashboard with the following metrics, accessible to case managers and above:
- Case pipeline overview — total, active, settled, and closed cases
- Settlement rate and average days to resolution
- Case type distribution and status distribution
- Daily trend snapshots (up to 365 days)
Predictions
With the Advanced Analytics add-on (or a Professional/Enterprise subscription), Vilulia generates three types of per-case predictions:
- Settlement amount: an estimated settlement range based on case type, claim amount, party positions, and historical outcomes. Returns a predicted value, confidence score, and min/max range.
- Case duration: an estimated time to resolution based on case type, complexity, and mediator assignment. Returns expected days and an expected resolution date with a min/max range.
- Success probability:a likelihood score for successful resolution, expressed as a percentage with a confidence score and category label (e.g., “Likely”). Updated as case activity progresses.
Predictions require a trained model. Tenant admins can trigger model training from the Advanced Analytics section; models are trained per prediction type on your organization's resolved cases. Global fallback models are available when tenant-specific training data is insufficient.
Advanced Analytics add-on features
Enabling the add-on unlocks the following in addition to predictions:
- Mediator performance metrics: resolution rates, average days to resolution, case throughput, and satisfaction scores per mediator.
- Industry benchmarks:how your organization's resolution rates and case durations compare to aggregated platform benchmarks, with a full benchmark comparison report and tier ranking.
- Revenue analytics: revenue by period (day, week, month, quarter), platform fees earned, and revenue by case type.
- Revenue forecasting: projected revenue for the next 1–12 months based on historical trends, with confidence intervals.
- Anomaly detection: statistical anomaly detection on key metrics (settlement rate, active cases, settlement value, and others) using a configurable Z-score threshold over a lookback window of 7–730 days.
- Advanced trend analysis: year-over-year comparison, moving averages, and seasonal patterns over up to 730 days.
- Case type performance: per-type breakdown of settlement rate, average duration, and total settlement value.
- Custom dashboards: tenant admins can create, share, and manage custom dashboard layouts with configurable date ranges and filters.
- Data export: full analytics export in CSV, JSON, or XLSX format across all sections (metrics, trends, cases, financial, mediators, usage).
- Prediction accuracy tracking: review prediction accuracy over time, compare model performance, and receive suggestions for improving accuracy.
Enabling Advanced Analytics
Advanced Analytics is available as an add-on on all plan tiers (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise). To enable it, go to Settings → Features & Add-Ons and add Advanced Analytics to your subscription. The Analytics section is already visible in the top navigation for all admins; enabling the add-on unlocks the predictions, custom dashboards, and the additional features described above within that section.
