Pricing and Plans
All Vilulia products — Mediate, Arbitrate, and Complete — use the same three-tier structure: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Annual billing carries a 10% discount across all products and tiers. Each tier unlocks progressively more cases, users, AI tools, storage, and compliance features.

Key add-ons and their pricing
Some features are available as paid add-ons. Notable examples: HIPAA Basic ($200/month), HIPAA Enhanced ($300/month), Video Conferencing ($50/month for Starter and Professional; included in Enterprise), Calendar Sync ($15/month for Starter; included in Professional/Enterprise), Advanced Analytics ($150/month), and SMS Notifications ($0.04 per message). Storage limits by plan
Mediate Starter and Arbitrate Starter: 5 GB. Mediate Professional: 100 GB; Arbitrate Professional: 100 GB. Enterprise: 1 TB (both products). Additional storage is available at $0.10/GB/month on all tiers.
AI usage limits by plan
AI tool access varies by product and tier: Mediate and Arbitrate Starter plans do not include AI tools — AI features require the Professional plan or above. Mediate and Arbitrate Professional receive 75 AI generations per month (fair use); Enterprise receives unlimited generations.
